荒川区育ちの店主が2016年頃に独立して開いた中華そば店で、貝類の旨みを凝縮した独自スープを黒と白の2種から選べる。
Priced between 1,000 and 2,000 yen, the soup's depth and complexity consistently catch first-timers off guard, and weekend queues have become a reliable sign of the devotion it inspires.

The owner, a native of Arakawa, trained at Menya Musashi Genko. The teruteru bozu-shaped wontons are a crowd pleaser.
The gentle clam dashi in the unique soup spreads beautifully. The teruteru bozu wontons are cute and delicious. A hidden treasure in Arakawa.
