Menya Nitaka
Opened March 2022 at the former site of acclaimed Menya Eguchi. Runner-up in the soy sauce ramen category at the Kiwami Ramen Kansai 2023 awards. The handcrafted soy tare uses Shodoshima soy sauce paired with a chicken-seafood broth of perfectly calibrated depth. Only 8 seats — queues are standard.
Reviews frequently say 'the broth quality is unmatched' and 'you can't find this quality for 850 yen even in Tokyo.' Regulars say the tsukemen tare is perfect and they visit every week without getting tired of it.
