Shanghai Sohonten
A Hiroshima ramen institution since 1953, started as a postwar food stall. Listed on the 'Zetsumeshi List' (restaurants at risk of disappearing). Distinctive pork-soy broth topped with exquisite wontons. Self-service oden is also famous.
