An established restaurant opened by a chef who trained at 'Naraiura', a top tonkatsu restaurant in Tokyo. The signature 'white tonkatsu' is fried in a copper pot with lard at a low temperature of 120 degrees. Uses custom fresh breadcrumbs that melt in the mouth like powdered snow. Opened November 2021. Tabelog rating 3.71.
