Tanukiya
A 30+ year-old self-service udon shop beloved in Okayama. Famous for its dashi broth made from carefully selected ingredients: Rishiri kombu from Hokkaido, katsuobushi from Kochi and Kagoshima, and niboshi from Kumamoto and Kagawa.
