A long-established ramen restaurant representing Miyako City, Iwate. Founded in 1958, the shop serves only one item — 'Chuka Soba' — and has been loved by locals for over 65 years. Features homemade flat-wavy noodles in a clear broth made from kombu and dried sardines. During the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, the restaurant provided free ramen to disaster victims.
