Owner trained at a famous Tokyo tonkatsu restaurant, slow-frying select brand pork (Hakkin pork, Tsunan pork, Himuro pork) at low temperatures. Counter seating only (6 seats), reservation essential. Selected as Tabelog's tonkatsu Top 100 for 2026.
