Founded in 1955, Eifukucho Taishoken has developed as its own independent lineage — distinct from all other Taishoken traditions — and has since given rise to 11 apprentice shops across Japan.
大量のかつお節と煮干しを惜しみなく投じたスープは他の何物にも代えがたく、麺量は他店の2倍というサービス精神にも驚かされる。
The broth is built on an extravagant use of katsuobushi and niboshi that produces something dense and irreplaceable, and portions are double what you would expect elsewhere.
