Rooted in the lineage of the celebrated Shirakawa ramen shop Tora Shokudo, this small Oimachi restaurant is one of the very few places in Tokyo where authentic Shirakawa-style ramen can be found.
注文ごとに青竹で手打ちする平打ち麺は900円の「支那そば」に宿り、カウンター7席のみの小さな店は週末ほぼ行列が絶えない。
