豚骨・鶏ガラ・和出汁を独自のバランスで融合させた白湯スープは1,000円前後にして「名古屋駅からこの距離でこのクオリティは異常」と唸られるほど完成度が高く、西洋要素を取り入れたビジュアルも個性的だ。
The silky white soup fusing pork bone, chicken carcass, and Japanese dashi - finished with a Western-influenced visual style unlike anything else in the city - delivers a depth of flavour that feels almost unreasonable at around 1,000 yen.
