サクラ除外済み昭和38年（1963年）創業、玉名ラーメン御三家の一角を担う老舗。五右衛門釜のような大きな窯で豚のげんこつと背骨のみを煮込んだ白濁豚骨スープに、極細ストレート麺が絡む正統派玉名ラーメン。熊本ラーメンの源流ともされる玉名ラーメンを60年以上守り続け、『ミシュランガイド熊本・大分2018特別版』でミシュランプレート認定を受けた。休日は開店前から行列が絶えない。
