Article 1 - Application
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of the Meshimap service ("Service") provided by Yushin Shoji LLC ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 2 - Description of Service
The Service is a map-based service that provides restaurant information curated by cross-referencing multiple sources, including Google Maps reviews, social media, video platforms, and other word-of-mouth sources. Restaurants are selected solely at the Company's own editorial discretion based on publicly available information. A listing does not indicate any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or paid relationship between the Company and the listed restaurant. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
Article 3 - Prohibited Actions
- Actions that violate laws or public order
- Scraping or automated data collection from the Service
- Interference with the operation of the Service
- Use of information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without permission
- Impersonation of another person or organization
Article 4 - Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or the information it provides. Restaurant information — including location, business hours, regular holidays, prices, menus, and whether an establishment is still operating — may change without notice, and establishments may relocate or close. Users should verify information directly with establishments before visiting.
Article 5 - Advertising and Affiliate Links
The Service displays advertising, including Google AdSense, and may contain affiliate links. The Company may receive compensation when users interact with such advertisements or links. Any transaction conducted with a third party through an advertisement or affiliate link is solely between the user and that third party; the Company is not a party to such transactions and bears no responsibility for them. Article 6 - Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology related to the Service are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Service and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
